Dave is an Apple Valley resident and Dakota County Director for Life Rebuilders.  Speaking on behalf of Life Rebuilders – 501 (c ) 3 that exists to provide housing and programs for adult men and women related to work release, transitional housing, adult foster care and independent sober living housing.
