Overview Minnesota Down Syndrome Association

Luke Daily is the Senior Director of Adult Programming at the Down Syndrome Association of Minnesota (DSAMn), where he supports adults with Down Syndrome and their families in navigating federal, state, and county services, preparing for employment, building social and independent living skills, and developing confidence in self-advocacy.

Prior to joining DSAMn, Luke served as a Regional Manager for Missouri’s Vocational Rehabilitation Program, helping individuals with disabilities find, maintain, and advance in meaningful employment opportunities. He is deeply passionate about disability justice, inclusion, and empowering individuals to live full and self-directed lives.

Outside of his professional work, Luke is also a proud dad to his three-year-old son, Dax, and husband to his wife, Holly.
