Not familiar with Vino in the Valley? Be sure to check out www.vinointhevalley.com. This special venue is located just east of Ellsworth, Wisconsin in a fabulous setting. The full menu is being offered and the food (and wine) is excellent too!
We will depart as a caravan from the Wings Financial parking lot at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 2. We will have an entertaining drive on back roads to enjoy the fall foliage, followed by a leisurely lunch. The outdoor setting allows for plenty of social distancing. If you wish, bring your lawn chairs and/or blankets and we can spread out for a grand picnic.
There's no cost to sign up, and everyone pays for their own meal.

For the meeting of September 29, 2021 there are 51cards and 2 Jokers. The pot stands at $20.50. Ticket donations are: $1 for 1 ticket; $2 for 3 tickets; $3 for 5 tickets; $5 for 10 tickets; and $10 for 25 tickets. Three lucky winners are chosen each week; the first two tickets drawn win $5, the third winner draws a card from the deck in hopes of pulling an Ace to win a share of the pot. If a joker is pulled, it will cost the winner a $2 contribution to the pot. If the Ace of Spades is pulled, the pot is awarded equally to all who have pulled an Ace from the current deck, and the drawing starts over again.
