TOPIC: 2024 Update on Apple Valley Planning & Development
Tim Benetti is the Community Development Director for the City of Apple Valley. Starting in January of 2023, in service to the City, he manages the Planning Commission, topical items with the City Council, the key staff needed to process and evaluate change, and the long range -- 20 years ahead -- and the active land-use applications, as submitted by commercial and residential property owners for city staff, Planning Commission, and City Council review. Individual property violations, not of a public safety nature as they occur, are also managed by Tim.
Tim knows the answers to what, who, where, why, and how to that which is underway, planned, or the next marketplace direction, need, and interest in the City of Apple Valley.
All fines collected will be used to support local organizations such as 360 Communities, The Open Door, MOMS, etc.
