TOPIC: Using Employee/Candidate Assessments
Sheri Stolp, Founder, The Stolp Group, Inc., plans to share insights into the importance of using Employee/Candidate Assessments. She’ll focus on the DiSC method, although she’ll reference other tools as well. User friendly, and one of the highest predictive validity assessments, is the DiSC. The DiSC tool can be a real advantage into driving and maintaining a high-performance, high-engagement team culture.
Sheri holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and an MBA from Cardinal Stritch University. In addition, Sheri is both a course author and adjunct professor for CSU's MBA program, in the areas of Human Resource Strategy, Business Ethics and Organizational Leadership. Additionally, she is a certified administrator for DDI, Lominger and Achieve Global and presents at various conferences and seminars throughout the U.S.

For the meeting of March 12, 2025 there are 37 cards and 2 Jokers. The pot stands at $153.00+.Ticket donations are: $1 for 1 ticket; $2 for 3 tickets; $3 for 5 tickets; $5 for 10 tickets; and $10 for 25 tickets. Three lucky winners are chosen each week; the first two tickets drawn win $5, the third winner draws a card from the deck in hopes of pulling an Ace to win a share of the pot. If a joker is pulled, it will cost the winner a $2 contribution to the pot. If the Ace of Spades is pulled, the pot is awarded equally to all who have pulled an Ace from the current deck, and the drawing starts over again. Congratulations to Tim Benetti for drawing the Ace of Clubs and Diamonds, and Brian Bessler for drawing the Ace or Hearts. They are guaranteed 1/4 of the pot.
