Danny Rubio has been a part of the YMCA movement for 12 years. He started at the Y in his hometown of Elgin, IL as an intern back in 2008 at the Taylor Family YMCA. It was in this role where he learned the positive impact the Y can make in a community. Danny has a strong background in programs and community development. He’s grown the Y and services in every role he’s served in from youth development, healthy living and at 2 center operations in Joliet, IL. His most recent he served as Executive Director for the McCormick YMCA in Chicago, IL’s Humboldt Park neighborhood.
Danny has a passion and commitment to serve all. He is honored to have serve at the Burnsville YMCA alongside a cause-driven team of staff, volunteers, partners, and community and business leaders over the past few months. He’s looking forward to continue working together to ensure that everyone, regardless of age, income or background has the opportunity to learn, grown and thrive at the YMCA. Danny has recently Farmington area with his beautiful wife, Colleen, daughters, Lily, Addison, and Isla and their family dog, Nori.

For the meeting of TBD, 2020 there are 32 cards and 2 Jokers. The pot stands at $460! Ticket donations are: $1 for 1 ticket; $2 for 3 tickets; $3 for 5 tickets; $5 for 10 tickets; and $10 for 25 tickets. Three lucky winners are chosen each week; the first two tickets drawn win $5, the third winner draws a card from the deck in hopes of pulling an Ace to win a share of the pot. If a joker is pulled, it will cost the winner a $2 contribution to the pot. If the Ace of Spades is pulled, the pot is awarded equally to all who have pulled an Ace from the current deck, and the drawing starts over again. Congratulations to Kevin Lovegreen for drawing the Ace of Diamond and Bruce Nordquist for drawing the Ace of Club. They are guaranteed 1/4 of the pot!
