Melissa Lombard has been a business woman since the age of 6 - just ask her neighbors who overpaid for Christmas ornaments made of milk bones and pipe cleaners. She eventually moved on to more interesting pursuits - all in the areas of sales and management, in for profit, non-profit and her own entrepreneurial endeavors. Through it all, she has learned some valuable lessons about passion, purpose and drive and how being in alignment with all three can change everything. She will share with everyone the framework for uncovering your "big why" and why it matters that you do.
