Speaker: Rob Smith, Corrective Holistic Exercise Kinesiologist

Topic: Why Should We Adopt a Holistic Lifestyle

Rob Smith a Corrective Holistic Exercise Kinesiologist and co-owner of the holistic wellness center, The Body Project, in Eagan.

Rob will be sharing with us why so many people today suffer with pain and dysfunction (symptoms) and why everyone could adopt a holistic lifestyle if they want to look their best, feel their best, and ultimately live their best.

Whether you struggle with too much body fat, joint pain, sleep issues, bad digestion or lack energy, Rob will show us how to go about fixing our imbalances instead of just chasing the symptom by getting to the root cause.

Rob has been in the health, fitness and rehabilitative space for 25 years and holds 18 different certifications in these fields.

FOODSHELF WEDNESDAY - Bring food items you would like to donate, and Gwen will deliver them to 360 Communities.  The apple will also be passed if you would prefer a cash donation. Remember for every $1 donated, 360 Communities can purchase $3 worth of food from their partners.  360 Communities greatly appreciates your donations!
