Honoring our outstanding Students of the Month
We were thrilled to welcome our March Students of the Month, Derek Titchner (left) from Scott Highlands and Mykel Parham from Falcon Ridges. They each brought members of their families to enjoy free breakfast and a small ceremony honoring their outstanding achievements in academics and citizenship.

We support the M.O.M.S. program because 'Life is a relay race'
M.O.M.S. is a non-profit mentoring program that works to equip local single mothers with the skills and resources they need to build healthy, stable homes for their families. The donation was received by program director (and Burnsville Breakfast Rotarian) Kathryn Archambault, who noted that, "Life is a relay race: you pick up where someone else left off and you pass on what you learn."

What's your story?
Club President Bruce has issued a challenge for all Apple Valley Rotarians to create and share your "6-Word Story," an incredibly brief explanation of what Rotary means to YOU. The idea is to think about why you are a Rotarian and write an impactful, bold statement that concisely shares your passion with others. Here are some examples of non-Rotary 6-Word Stories to inspire you, as well as some 6-Word Memoirs written by celebrities and politicians.
The following club members are responsible for arranging meeting speakers on the assigned days.
Please contact Wayne Hilbert with your speaker's topic and biographical info.
