Raffle Tickets - Only 2 weeks left to sell Raffle Tickets!!!!!
The drawing will be held on October 24 at Apple Valley Ford. The event begins at 1:00pm, Drawings at 3:45pm. Teams all gave a commitment to sale a certain number of tickets. Remember the funds we raise help us give out foundation scholarships back to our community. Let's get these tickets sold. We can do it!!!
Tim joined the Rotary Club of Edina in 1995 and has served in almost every committee and area of club leadership throughout his tenure. He was Club President in 2006-07. Tim’s desire to serve seems insatiable. He served District 5950 as International Project Chair for 3 years, then was chair of the Grant Subcommittee before moving into the line to become District Governor. During this time, Tim traveled extensively on behalf of Rotary in Honduras, Chile, El Salvador, the Dominican Republic, Tanzania, Uganda, Ethiopia, and Kenya. He led a Group Study Exchange team to Uganda and Ethiopia in 2010. Tim was awarded the Rotary International "Four Avenues of Service Award" in 2001 and the Rotary International "Service Above Self" award in 2012. Tim and his wife Cindy are Paul Harris Major Donors to the Rotary Foundation.
Tim and Cindy (37 years) are the owners of Murphy Automotive Inc., a group of 5 automotive repair facilities in Edina and Lakeville. They live in Lakeville and have three grown children. Tim also finds the time to serve his broader community through service on multiple community and business organizations. His energy is catching and his smile contagious. Don’t miss this meeting...it will be a Gift to our World!

For the meeting of October 14, 2015 there are 40 cards and 2 Jokers. The pot stands at $398.
Ticket donations are: $1 for 1 ticket; $2 for 3 tickets; $5 for 10 tickets; and $10 for 25 tickets. Three lucky winners are chosen each week; the first two tickets drawn win $5, the third winner draws a card from the deck in hopes of pulling an Ace to win a share of the pot. If a joker is pulled, it will cost the winner a $2 contribution to the pot. If the Ace of Spades is pulled, the pot is awarded equally to all who have pulled an Ace from the current deck, and the drawing starts over again.
